WPP’s Creative Tech Apprenticeship

Are you ready to embark on an inspiring new journey of learning and creativity with some of the world’s most famous brands? Applications for WPP’s Creative Tech Apprenticeship are now open.

This transformative nine-month programme is designed to nurture talented individuals like you, empowering you to unlock your potential and excel in the world of creativity and emerging technologies.

Classes will upskill you in areas including creative coding, game engines, virtual production, future machines and Generative AI.

Apply now by emailing WPP course instructors Perry Nightingale and Kat Sullivan with:

  • a short cover letter summarising why you would like a place on WPP’s Creative Tech Apprenticeship
  • your CV, including 2-3 references
  • up to three examples that show off your creative side. Perhaps this is a video that you created, edited or acted in; a song you performed, or a clever piece of code that you wrote – surprise us
  • a completed version of the government’s diversity questionnaire for job applications to FCDO

Who’s eligible?

  • you must be 18+ with the right to work in the UK
  • you’ll need to be based in the UK and able to travel to central London at least four times a week
  • you’ll need to be able to commit full-time to this programme for nine months, from 1 November 2023 to 31 July 2024. Given the rigorous nature of the curriculum, it is important to note that this opportunity won’t be suitable for individuals looking to pursue this as a part-time engagement while holding another full-time occupation.
  • you will have a desire to join the advertising industry as a creative technologist

Important dates

  • all applications must be made by 20 September 2023
  • interviews will be conducted between 25 September and 6 October
  • all applicants will be notified of the outcome of their application by 16th October
  • the programme will start on 1 November
